Jack has been a committed devotee of personal development since 1994, his passion is seeing people get yet more from life, whether in business or outside of it.  His desire is to help people realise their full potential - and have fun.  He sees himself as:

• An inspirer to what might be, as most of us see ourselves much smaller than we are
• A releaser of hidden resources, because we all have them
• A catalyst who helps turn aspirations into manifestations - and celebrations!

Jack has delved into a panoply of ideas and disciplines affecting our perception and experience of life. This has strengthened his conviction that we have all our own perfect answers for every circumstance we experience -  provided we are enthused and committed enough to reveal those answers.  Consequently his own membership of coaching, self-advancement and even speaker organisations he has allowed to lapse.

Commercially Jack’s background has been in a number of different industries - financial services through to agriculture - and in companies varying from specialist private companies through to FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 corporations.  Still a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, his executive responsibilities have covered the disciplines of human resources, information technology, quality assurance, customer services and logistics culminating in holding the Managing Directorship at his last employer before creating Spire to offer a new perspective for business by putting Passion back in the driving seat through a clear understanding of Purpose.
